The ElliptiGO Project exists to make runners faster through innovation. It is comprised of a team of athletes, an integration advisor, affiliated organizations, innovation partners, and sponsors who have aligned their efforts around that mission. By working together, we hope to develop a new approach to training that improves performance and reduces the likelihood of injury. We will test our theories through competition, both on the track and on the road, and report our findings with candor. This will be a lengthy experiment and we are invigorated by the opportunity to push the limits of human capacity in a new direction.

    Craig,

You did great. We were watching on the TV broadcast looking for you and your family on the course. Your blog is awesome and it includes incredible insight. We in the Fast family are very proud of you and the tremendous amount of dedication it took to get where you are today. Keep up the hard work and I can’t wait for your mom and dad to fill us in when we see them at a VW basketball game.
